The Baron's Oktoberfest at Historic New Bridge Landing

Celebrate Major General Baron von Steuben’s birthday at the Bergen County Historical Society’s annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 26, from 1:00 pm-6:00 pm  at Historic New Bridge Landing in River Edge, New Jersey. The event features: Craft beers from local Bergen County breweries including Hackensack Brewery and Brix City Brewery Cornhole games Free pumpkin picking and decorating Food trucks Live music by Particle Theory Tours of the three 18th century Jersey-Dutch sandstone houses  Revolutionary War reenactors  Exhibits in the Steuben House including Revolutionary War artifacts from the society’s collection and more  The Westervelt-Thomas barn and the authentic Jersey-Dutch out kitchen, where the Out Kitchen will be baking Spent Grain Bread Hot cider, fresh donuts, and other fall treats available for purchase in the tavern Gift shop  Ticket reservations are encouraged.
